Glastronomy- Everything from Haute Cuisine to Cold Stew

A few of us started talking about a Glasgow-based food blog. Other publications like The List and The Skinny already do food reviews and they are great it. But we felt there was an opening for more restaurants to discussed. Everyone knows about the posh, fancy places and the hot new eateries, which we will definitely talk about, but there are some lesser known gems about town as well. There are also some horrendous greasy spoons, if cutlery is even available, in Glasgow. This site will discuss them all. From the five star to the no clue, Glastronomy will cover all the bases. Yes... we will talk about our favourite Greggs. Yes... we will talk about the burrito battle between Pinto and Taco Mezama. We will even talk about surprising places to get a good coffee. The one thing we will not discuss is celebrity sightings or the latest in the Bieber/ Monkey saga. There are enough of those blogs already.
